Germany's most popular university is located in Jena: In the ranking published today (24.1.24) by the student portal "StudyCheck", the Friedrich Schiller University Jena is the most popular university with more than 15,000 studentsExternal link. Moreover, according to its students, the University of Jena is once again one of the most popular universities overall in Germany and has been awarded the title "TOP University"External link by "StudyCheck" again. Compared to 2023, the University of Jena was able to improve from 10th to 5th position. Around 78,000 student evaluations were analysed for the ranking. Around 94 per cent of students at the University of Jena would recommend their university to othersExternal link.
