Seven renowned individuals are nominated as ACP's Advisory Board members, all with the highest personal achievements in science, industry, and German society with regard to optics and photonics. The board's primary role is to assist the center with the development of a management strategy and vision for future success and to serve as a medium for strengthening linkages between academia, industry, government and society. Dialogue is warranted at least every two years by assessment meetings of the ACP Advisory Board, the ACP Board of Directors and further experts.
